Responsibilities & Context:
Co-Ordinate all section head to support for running smooth production as like Dry process, Wet process, shade band ,Sample etc where we are behind & what is action plan
Co-ordinate with central wash &sewing planner for smooth shipment & action plan how we can over come
Analysis about our WIP then given dry process shipment wise production plan & Dry process production follow up.
Making weekly & Monthly Delivery Ladder plan & all kinds update report making
To prepared Process wise Plan with Our capacity analysis.
Co-ordinate Merchent & quality for shade band approval purpose & start production
Co-ordinate for overviews full month delivery schedule & shipment status.
Overview dry & wet process behind garments process wise status.
Prepare schedule and plan the daily delivery plan according to our Master delivery plan
Co-ordinate with Wet process & quality team for achievement our daily delivery target & Action plan
Monitor hourly production and take corrective actions if needed
Follow up all production report according to our month wise delivery plan
All over Production follow up about our delivery plan.
