Educational Requirements:
∎ MA in any discipline from any recognized University or BSC in Footwear Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Commitment to maintain Customer’s standard quality
∎ Maintain SOP in all section/lines/process
∎ Maintain inline reports and meeting with staffs when required
∎ Supervise other staffs activities, distribute job responsibilities
∎ Maintain swatch book, Display signed swatch where required
∎ Maintain regular Shoe bonding test, quality parameter in all process
∎ Meeting with Customer to get their feedback during floor visit
∎ Meeting with production officials to do root cause analysis where problem arise
∎ Attend Trial production meeting for checking quality standard, paper pattern, Cutting dies, fittings, feeling of printing, embossing, seamless, quality of Embroidery, Laser Cutting, and overall workmanship of products, etc. for giving decision whether factory can go for production
∎ Arrangement of approval from Customer in case of any instruction given by them for any process
∎ Reporting to head of organization in case of any problem happened
∎ Arrangement of Internal Finished goods Inspection before offering to Customers or to any 3rd party Inspection
∎ Maintain all Files/Policies/Register/Report/Parameter as per the Customer’s Compliance Audit requirement (Social/Technical, etc.)
∎ To prepare/update quality manual
∎ To do all Administrative work for all quality staffs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer operating skill in MS office and Photoshop is a must.
∎ Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in the related field
