Minimum 10–12 years of practical experience in cement packing plant operation
Strong knowledge of rotary packers (HAVER) and bulk loading systems
Ability to coordinate effectively with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch
Proven capability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet operational deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent record-keeping and documentation abilities with attention to operational details
Responsibilities & Context:
Company: Confidence Cement Dhaka Limited
Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi
Supervise and control daily operations of the cement packing section, including rotary packers and bulk loading systems
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of packing machines, loading systems, and conveyor belts
Plan and allocate manpower efficiently for each shift to achieve daily dispatch and production targets
Ensure all packed cement meets prescribed weight accuracy, sealing, and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of packed and dispatched quantities (both bagged and bulk)
Coordinate with the Quality Control department to ensure consistent product quality
Implement measures to minimize bag damage and enhance packing efficiency
Supervise the loading of cement into trucks, bulkers, or wagons, ensuring correct product type and accurate weight
Prepare and maintain daily and shift-wise reports on production, packing, and dispatch activities
Ensure compliance with all safety, housekeeping, and operational guidelines within the packing section
