Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and assist operations team to achieve business targets.
∎ Ensure all operational activities are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
∎ Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
∎ Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee daily operations efficiency
∎ Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
∎ Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss issues, concerns, updates, etc.
∎ Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
∎ Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
∎ Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.
∎ Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
∎ Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
∎ Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2+ years' experience in Operations
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Knowledge of the industry and market trends
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
∎ Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
