Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring new acquisitions in the area
∎ Ensuring bills are collected respectively
∎ Setting up targets, KPIs and monitoring employees
∎ Responsible for all business activities in Sylhet
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Collect and analyze information and prepare data for reporting
∎ Establish and maintain good relationships with both clients and internal teams
∎ Maintaining daily operations & ensuring all operational activities are carried on in a cost-effective manner.
