∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set out frequency for client visit and meet clients on regular basis to get feedback on service problems and resolve client complains as soon as possible.
∎ After a complaint is resolved, always check back from the client whether the issue is resolved to client's satisfaction.
∎ Provide client feedback reports to Operation Manager.
∎ Set out procedures for customer service support and customer complaint resolution.
∎ Ensure that 'Post Orders' are clearly written specific for the post requirements and that guard on the post is aware of their post duties.
∎ Set out a routine where at least fifty percent of the work hours are spent on post visits.
∎ Invoices are served by 7th of the month and endeavor to collect the bill within the month.
∎ Maintain client payment records for the purpose of identifying defaulting clients whose services may be discontinued if bills become overdue by 60 days.
∎ Monitor average work hours of all guards to see that OT is evenly distributed and strictly ensure that no corrupt practices take root in allocating OT or leave
∎ Conduct motivation talks as deemed appropriate to keep the guards focused on their job.
∎ Leave plan to endeavor that guard can go on leave after 4/5 months.
∎ Provide guidance for recruitment and on job training of security guards to operational team
∎ Address grievances of employees of guarding division
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years related job experience
∎ Ability to develop, motivate and lead people
∎ Extensive knowledge, skills & experience in computerized software applications
∎ Excellent drafting & communicating ability & skills, both oral and written English and Bengali
∎ Proven ability to communicate and defend complex issues to senior officials and stakeholders
∎ Ability to manage change and growth with a focus on new technologies and innovation
∎ Ability to work independently and proactively
∎ Willing to ride Motorbike and must have valid driving license
