Data Network, IIG, ISP Technology, NMC, Tech Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
ISP, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support team members from a technology, people and process leadership perspective in daily activities related to the planning.
∎ Closely follow technology trends and industry standards in the service provider domain.
∎ Provide regular coaching to team members to improve their performance and nurture their personal development.
∎ Routing & Switching Protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, STP, FIREWALL/Network Security etc.
∎ Ensure deployment & operation of technical operation with current challenges in the competitive market.
∎ Working with Operations and Product Management, establish baseline contention ratios based on region and market verticals served.
∎ Mentoring to subordinate colleagues/technicians, conducting trainings and presentations for fellow engineers.
∎ Tech Support, highest priority Trouble Ticket handling, fault recognition and troubleshooting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Vendor certification (Juniper) will be preferred.
∎ Clear understanding and work experiences in IP Network Design and IP Planning.
∎ Experience in Datacom, IP Access Technologies
∎ Exceptional oral and written communication and presentation skills
∎ Previous experience in working with lean and agile scrum methodologies
∎ Strong leadership, facilitation skills and coaching skills
∎ Can work autonomously and feel empowered to take decisions without intervention
