Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Telecommunication, ISP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report generation and delivery to various stakeholders.
∎ Provide on-demand reports for root cause analysis to other technical departments from billing database or in-house tools.
∎ Coordination and communication with local partners or stakeholders for effective dispute resolution and invoice generation.
∎ Write reporting queries for the on-demand reports.
∎ Collect and prepare daily status report for application and database server.
∎ Upload rate-sheet in the billing system.
∎ Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
∎ Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
∎ Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
∎ Formulate Bills collection strategies to make collection stronger.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: BI tools.
∎ Experience in ISP based billing will get preference
∎ Strong knowledge of and experience with latest reporting tools.
∎ Have vast knowledge on data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
