Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should hold a Master’s degree from a reputed University with a science or commerce background.
∎ Major in Management Information System (MIS) will be an asset.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Business Analytics, Data Analysis, ERP Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, control, and evaluate electronic data operations
∎ Prepare different types of analysis reports as per organizational needs on monthly, quarterly & annually basis
∎ Provide data and guidelines for Marketing and Sales Development activities
∎ Develop Sales & Marketing related predictive and forecast reports
∎ Provide sales and performance analysis reports
∎ Calculate various incentives (i.e., monthly product incentives, target vs. achievement incentives, etc.)
∎ Monitor and provide assessment on market situation about the position of the company’s products based on the collected data
∎ Keep track of the field force vacancy and communicate with HRD and other related departments
∎ Analyze, troubleshoot, and document ERP system issues
∎ Be the liaison person between the company and the ERP software provider
∎ Establish a coordinated data management system/structure at all levels to facilitate timely data collection, cleaning, validation, data quality assurance, data analysis, reporting and sharing of information at various levels of the organization
∎ Ensure that the MIS system can generate disaggregated data (Sales, region, number as per need) for relevant activities, outputs, and outcome level indicators
∎ Institute best practices for data security and data integrity
∎ Maintain databases and backup systems
∎ Provide regular feedback to develop and maintain the ERP software
∎ Develop and maintain MIS guidelines, and provide technical assistance, training, and support to the MIS department
∎ Act as a mentor to other members of the MIS team to ensure their timely development
∎ Oversee MIS activities in Head Office and Depot Offices to ensure timely reporting as per the reporting need of different departments and the management team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age may be relaxed depending on fulfillment of other criteria.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Possess an intermediate understanding of the ERP Software, and basic to intermediate understanding of the underlying programming languages.
∎ Experience in Oracle (Version 11R2) and SQL & PL/SQL will be an asset.
∎ Experience in Pharmaceuticals ERP will be given priority.
∎ Must have good interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability with analytical skill, and time management skill.
∎ Should be organized, meticulous, goal-oriented, proactive, and team player.
∎ Have high ethical standards and moral principles.
∎ Able to work under pressure and have the mental faculty to 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
∎ Ability to work in flexible work schedule and willing to work and travel in anywhere in Bangladesh.
