Additional Requirements:
Work experience in pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh is MUST
Must have experience in importing pharmaceutical raw materials
Advanced Knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel
Excellent communication skill in English
Experiences working in DGDA will be treated one step ahead
Responsibilities & Context:
Receiving requisitions (API, excipients, packaging materials etc.) from factory and ensuring availability within the scheduled timeline.
Collecting quotations from the vendors and preparing comparative statement (CS) for approval from higher management
Generating work order, maintaining regular communication and following up with the suppliers for materials availability.
Maintaining liaison with Finance & Accounts, Research & Development, Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Engineering department to ensure proper delivery timeline
