Job Responsibilities:
∎ Demonstrate negotiation skills to meet the targets;
∎ Have to generate clients through various channels and match their needs;
∎ Visit different areas frequently to create customers and nurture them;
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products;
∎ Creating new corporate/industrial or group customer to acquire the target;
∎ Building a strong relationship with the customer;
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution;
∎ Ability to handle clients especially on land sale on different range of product of the Company.
∎ Responsible for regular follow-up clients and maintain their records in the ERP.
