Job Responsibilities:
∎ Advanced Marketing knowledge to think and explain logically, Market Analysis, and strategic market planning.
∎ Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
∎ Carrying out Market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as try to predict future trends.
∎ Should have good knowledge in advertising and promoting the products and strengthen organizations brand by using Digital Marketing/Social Media platform.
∎ Have proper time management skills and have the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Be Creative & good at Report making & presentation.
∎ Tech-savvy & pro-level knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
∎ Good at English communication.
∎ Enable to lead a team
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in FMCG market, especially in the Food category, more than 1 year
∎ Experience in strategic planning and business analytics for more than 1 year
∎ Experience in Digital marketing of more than 1 year
∎ Ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams. (Leadership)
∎ Ability to develop a high-performing team.
∎ Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Verbal and written communication skills in English
