Experience:

• Bachelor of Public Health

• Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Social or Environmental Sustainability, Human Rights, sustainable manufacturing, or similar discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience from managing sustainability and compliance within Apparel industries.
• Experience from working with social, environmental and security audit programs such as SMETA, BSCI, Better Work and SCAN.
• Experience of building integrity audits, inspections i.e., Accord, Alliance, RSC etc.
• The candidates who are certified as lead auditor will be added advantage.
• Understanding and ability to work with various reporting platforms such as HIGG, and experience of social and environmental performance reporting.

• Act as the primary liaison for facility-related sustainability matters.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with the group’s Code of Conduct and all relevant local laws and regulations.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all certificates, permits, and approvals required for business operations.
• Ensure timely renewal of all necessary documents to avoid operational disruptions.
• Monitor new customer requirements, regulations, and updates, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to adjust practices accordingly.
• Develop and maintain a state of readiness for audits and visits at all times.
• Coordinate, prepare for, assist with, and follow up on audits and assessments conducted by internal and external stakeholders.
• Review compliance audit reports, evaluate findings, and ensure the implementation of action plans.
• Organize regular training sessions on facility standards, sustainability practices, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate and oversee various customer-driven sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate progress against social and environmental sustainability goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain an internal control system to identify, address, and mitigate risks in a timely manner.
• Regularly report progress on addressing identified issues to management.
• Arrange and lead management review meetings to discuss customer and internal audit corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure alignment with customer expectations and internal operational standards.
