∎ B.Sc/M. Sc in Chemistry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To check all analytical report of RM/PM and bulk products as per SOP;
∎ Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
∎ Devise and review specifications for products or processes
∎ Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
∎ Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
∎ Supervise technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
∎ Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
∎ Ensure quality of finished products and disburse only when they meet the standard;
∎ Approve the right products or reject defectives
∎ Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
∎ Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
∎ Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
∎ Perform all test relevant to cleaning validation and submit report on it.
∎ Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner;
∎ Perform any other project assigned by department head.
