Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop efficient production plans while maintaining standard input-output ratios and report progress to management.
- Prepare BOM and production plan accurately.
- Prepare daily and monthly production and sales plans to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee and manage all administrative activities within the unit.
- Maintain accurate records of Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM) stock.
- Enter FG and RM stock data into Excel and Tally software accurately.
- Monitor market transactions and accounts receivable from clients and distributors.
- Maintain petty cash records and report financial updates to management.
- Prepare monthly budgets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Supervise, coordinate, and guide subordinate staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, workplace safety, and adherence to health regulations.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as required.
- Any other tasks given by the management.
