• Develop efficient production plans while maintaining standard input-output ratios and report progress to management.
• Prepare BOM and production plan accurately.
• Prepare daily and monthly production and sales plans to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee and manage all administrative activities within the unit.
• Maintain accurate records of Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM) stock.
• Enter FG and RM stock data into Excel and Tally software accurately.
• Monitor market transactions and accounts receivable from clients and distributors.
• Maintain petty cash records and report financial updates to management.
• Prepare monthly budgets and Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Supervise, coordinate, and guide subordinate staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure cleanliness, workplace safety, and adherence to health regulations.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as required.
• Any other tasks given by the management.
