Experience:

• 7 to 8 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

• 7 to 8 years

• Prior experience in RMG industry is mandatory.

• Ensure the master schedule to establish production sequence and lead time of each production to meet export dates according to customer orders.

• Ensure effective work scheduling and take responsibility for efficient production planning to meet operational targets and deadlines.

• Order status monitoring & regular schedule meetings with marketing for order planning.

• Explore production specifications & maintain the plant capacity data. Prepares a plan & schedules workflow for related departments.

• Ensure to give guidance to the production team according to demand.

• Ensure meeting unexpected conditions, making quick solutions & solving the bottlenecks to ensure smooth workflow.

• Follow up all production activities, washing plant to ensure smooth & back-to-back line feeding.

• Follow up with factory concerns to achieve effective planning and maintain delivery criteria.

• Ensure to have a positive mindset to solve problems and meet the delivery criteria as per management requirements.
