Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively setting out goals and objectives for your team, including those for supervisory roles that may fall under your reporting line and structure
∎ Ensuring all aspects of the required security services are being delivered to the customers' satisfaction and in accordance with the contract
∎ Ensuring there are sufficient trained, licensed and vetted staff working at all times to meet customer and contract requirements
∎ Developing professional customer relationships, responding appropriately to customer requests and concerns
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any incidents, involvement in subsequent investigations and providing input into health & safety committees or forums.
∎ Completing risk assessments, site evaluations and generate reports accordingly
∎ Take necessary administrative and logistics support required for security operation and any new deployment including preparing budget and requisitions
∎ Supervise and checking salary preparation reports and data.
∎ Carry out inquiry/investigations if any theft or incident occurs in the projects, recommend methodology & take necessary action accordingly. Take disciplinary action against support staffs after investigation, if any misconduct taken place / malpractice occurred.
∎ Inspiring & counseling with the Security Team on regular basis as they have to work round the clock as per demand.
∎ Meet clients with Business Development team for new contract establishment.
∎ Follow up and assist in collection of payment from Service projects as per requirements of Finance dept.
∎ Dispute resolution

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Your usual hours will be from 10am to 6pm.
However, you will be expected to work as and when is necessary to meet the needs of the organization and your targets.
