Additional Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in event management, OOH (out-of-home) advertising, and sponsorships, preferably in financial services, CPG (consumer packaged goods), Telecom or similar industry

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Purpose: 

The Events, Out-of-Home Advertising, and Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all event-related activities, OOH advertising campaigns, and sponsorship initiatives. This role is crucial in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting the overall marketing strategy across multiple financial service products 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including product launches, conferences, webinars, live events, trade shows etc.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

  • Develop event concepts and themes that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.

  • Develop and implement OOH advertising strategies to maximize brand exposure.

  • Identify and secure prime advertising locations, including billboards, transit ads, and digital screens.

  • Identify end to end scope of potential sponsorship opportunities that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.

  • Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

  • Track and analyze the performance of events, OOH campaigns, and sponsorships and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visuals and messaging for events and OOH campaigns.

  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
