Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge of Hybrid Maize Seed production technology.
∎ Having the ability to prepare a hybrid Maize seed production budget independently.
∎ Have the ability to prepare a hybrid Maize production program for lease land and contact farmers.
∎ Have the ability to a selection of land, contract with farmers, and deal with them smoothly
∎ Having the ability and mentality to hard-working in block/remote areas.
∎ Having the mindset to work under adverse situations.
∎ Having knowledge and ability on hybrid Maize seed post harvesting operation and management as well as seed quality.
