Enrolled with Bangladesh Bar Council as an Advocate.
Enrollment with High Court Division will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
Handle litigation and dispute resolution processes across courts and tribunals.
Draft legal notices, replies, pleadings and case-related documentations.
Liaise with external counsels, court officials, regulators and legal authorities.
Conduct legal risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
Maintain accurate case files, digital documentation and tracking systems.
Support management with timely litigation updates and reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in dispute cases.
Coordinate with internal departments for data, documents, and case inputs.
Monitor legal deadlines, hearings, and follow-ups.
Conduct legal research to support litigation strategies.
Assist in negotiation and settlement discussions when required.
Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of sensitive legal information.
