Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Security Documents so as to safeguard the Banks interest and minimize risk
∎ Prepare and Vet the credit/legal docuements/agreements and also various Bank guarantees/ APGs, PGs prepared for different divisions e.g. trade, corporate etc of the Bank
∎ Provide legal Opinion on various documentation issues
∎ Cross Check external Lawyer's Legal Vetting on Bank's documents/agreements
∎ Correspondance with Panel Lawyers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed bank/financial institute or related experience in any law firm.
