∎ Graduate from any Public & Private University
∎ Business Graduation from a reputed educational institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate lead for fulfillment
∎ Hunt new merchants and complete acquisition as per the process and strategy
∎ Achieve monthly target and KPI for assigned category/sub-category
∎ Collect and process all necessary documents for activating the accounts
∎ ? Co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders i.e. legal, strategy, marketing, trade marketing, sales operation etc. for processing accounts and Campaigns
∎ Collect competition information for further planning & initiative as MI
∎ Provide necessary training to the accounts as and when required
∎ Build up good rapport with existing client base to retain them and maintain a healthy portfolio.
∎ Identify new opportunists and generate up sales and cross sales.
∎ Take different initiatives to manage and engage clients.
∎ Initiate & execute various campaign to boost business
∎ Represent bKash in a positive and professional manner in the market
∎ Ensure end to end service for the accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ 3-4 years of experience in different areas of direct sales
Salary: Negotiable
