∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge of SQL queries will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform as a support engineer.
∎ Receive queries of all applications across the group and provide on-spot solutions.
∎ Ensure training & development of end users.
∎ Prepare the SOP/technical documentation.
∎ Prepare documents for all kinds of audits (Internal/External).
∎ Prepare and follow up on MDM (Master Data Management).
∎ Perform as a support engineer.
∎ Receive queries of all applications across the group and provide on-spot solutions.
∎ Ensure training & development of end users.
