Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure internal systems.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
∎ Supervise the IT Operations team.
∎ Upgrade the network infrastructure.
∎ Install servers, devices and firewalls.
∎ Train new system users and set up their accounts.
∎ Monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware.
∎ Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications.
∎ Update technical documentation.
∎ Maintain CA data center operations & all IT infrastructure.
∎ Maintain enterprise security applications.
∎ Maintain PKI infrastructure.
∎ Full IT system Diagnosis
∎ Maintain IT Security infrastructure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have able to handle office 365 Admin portal.
∎ Good knowledge on IP Addressing and Sub-netting.
∎ Clear concept on networking (LAN and WAN).
∎ Basic knowledge of VLAN and VPN Technology.
∎ Must have able to handle Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 or 2016.
∎ Clear concept on DNS, DHCP, WDS and File Server in server.
∎ Ability to handle Polycom video conferencing devices.
∎ Good knowledge on Network diagram.
∎ Good knowledge on IT technical documentation and Inventory etc.
∎ Ability to develop IT Infrastructure & work under pressure.
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Mentality to carryout extreme workload.
∎ Travel at remote other sites if required, Mentality provide remote support any time.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
