Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Leather Engineering/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the fabric/trim inspection team through the daily inspection process.
∎ Distributing materials as per required consumption through implementing sophisticated technique and applying FIFO system in distribution of raw materials.
∎ Analyze and pass or fail fabric batches with recommendations to QA manager.
∎ Assists workers in inspection process.
∎ Make and Prepare NC documents.
∎ Do the Final assessment on undecided inspection.
∎ Communicate to Sales for failed report.
∎ Concern to QA Manager for any failed report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6-7 years practical Job experience in related IQC/ QA Department in Garments/ Handbag industry.
∎ Monitor inspection status to meet 5 days lead time.
∎ Receiving and checking document from MCD
∎ Receiving and checking document from Sales (To verify the order qty. in advance.
∎ Train workers for certification.
∎ Demonstrated color vision skills, as evidenced by superior performance to a Mun sell 100 Hue Color Vision Test and the Ishihara Color Test for workers. Continuous yearly re-test.
∎ Provide training for certification PPT version 2019
∎ Prepare exam results and video for Tapestry certification.
∎ Support to manage QC HW/FABRIC/LEATHER inspection.
