Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University and MBA or Master's degree in Marketing from any reputed public or private university is compulsory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve planned sales volume target from industrial/power customers.
∎ Visit and follow up existing and new prospective customers on regular basis to enhance sales.
∎ Organize technical seminar/lube clinics at key customer's premises to motivate customers for using Mobil brand products.
∎ Improve and upgrade customers towards synthetic products by benefit selling.
∎ Search new customer to meet target volume.
∎ Monitor competitor's activities and up date line manager for further planning.
∎ Visit factory/power/plant/manufacturing industry regularity and assist line manager for meeting and upgrading targeted sales volume.
∎ Acquit technical knowledge to attend customer queries & support automotive team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound Knowledge in computer application
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills and technically sound.
∎ Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply in business requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner
