Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish correct SMV with operation bulletin, effective utilization of men, machine and materials for use in initial costing.
∎ Follow and observe the individual operations, methods, and patterns, and take action on possible alternatives for effective operation.
∎ Prepare initial operation bulletin for costing and planning.
∎ Estimate and calculate the thread consumption, and provide detailed information for the initial costing.
∎ Effectively collaborate with the IE-Sewing / Production teams for smooth order execution.
∎ Find production-related drawbacks and prepare preventive actions to circumvent them.
∎ Keep initial sample information on operation breakdown, methods, marking pattern, folder guide and pattern requirement, used in sampling.
∎ Give technical support to the production team and change the processes, if required.
∎ Coordinate with production development (Sampling) and merchandising department on the criticality / specialty of the production.
∎ Complete all related reports and documents, and keep them updated accordingly.
∎ Assist supervisor in the execution of any other work.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Head pertaining to improving productivity and efficiency of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be experienced in the Ready-Made (Woven) Garments Sector.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
∎ Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
∎ Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.
