Job Responsibilities

  • Manage daily general HR activities.

  • Prepare and update all employee personal files.

  • Follow-up Daily Attendance, Monthly attendance, Leave Management, Compensation Benefit.

  • Implement security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees and others.

  • Designing and implementing the standard HR Policies in the company.

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR Systems and Practices.

  • Well-conversant & knowledgeable in Labor- Law, Salary, Transportation and Other Coordinating jobs at the organization.

  • Ensure all company assets are used in an appropriate manner and group information is held securely.

  • Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, monitor and maintain effective functionalist of Computers, CCTV, Internet, PABX system.

  • Follow up Disciplinary Action.

  • Preparation/Issue office notes, memos, office orders & circulars in respect of HR related issues.

  • Regularly keep in touch with the management to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies.
