• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality.

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of operator, helper and workers.  

• To prepare, check & confirm the instructions/ procedures/ requisition relating to production operations (Tablet).

• Production planning of related sections & their implementation.

• Ensure training of operators regarding SOP and GMP related activities.

• Complete daily documentation work.

• Ensure all relevant documents are updated and in place.

• Ensure all controlled copy of documents are in control.

• Supervision of concerned sectional personnel.   

• Motivation of Production Personnel.

• Monitoring and control of the manufacturing environment as per GMP.

• Ensuring equipment calibration of concerned sections & maintenance of their records.

• Ensure that all require drug products are produced in accordance with the BMR.

• Ensure all required machine and equipment are always cleaned ready for use in good condition.

• Annual appraisal of and promotion of related Production Personnel.

• To communicate with engineering department for prompt breakdown Maintenance and timely completion of preventive maintenance.

• Ensure optimum use of the production machine, equipment and worker.
