∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Graduates from any discipline with practical work experience are encouraged to apply.
∎ Educational qualification and background may be relaxed for highly skilled and experienced candidates.
∎ Skills Required: Core HR Knowledge

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HR, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, Core HR Knowledge, HR Operations

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting and issuing all sorts of HR related letters, such as: Appointment Letters, Confirmation letters, Show Cause letters, Salary increment letters, Termination, Dismissal letters, Office Orders, etc.
∎ Manage Recruitment and Selection procedure
∎ Performance Appraisal
∎ Monitor attendance record.
∎ Keep a track Leave record of all the employees.
∎ Conducting exit interviews, collection of all the fixed assets from the separated employees and ensure final settlement.
∎ Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
∎ Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes.
∎ Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes.
∎ Ensuring employees receive statutory required training.
∎ Plan, organize, and implement a range of training activities.
∎ Maintenance of assigned PCF (Personal and Confidential Files) and recruitment files.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure as per company policies.
∎ Conduct Exit Interview of Departing Employees.
∎ Ensure administrative/ HR related MIS are properly maintained, update.
∎ Verify the manpower requirement of various dept. with approved/ proposed organogram.
∎ Prepare candidate profile summary for shortlisted applicants.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Knowledge in HR & Admin.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel in advance Level) & Internet browsing.

Salary: Negotiable
