∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM.
∎ PGD in HRM/ PGD in Compliance
∎ Skills Required: good communication skill, Learning Attitude, payroll management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Environmental Compliance, Factory Compliance, Human Resource Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement local labor/ industrial laws and international labor organization laws.
∎ Should keep the factory totally compliant based on buyers and government agencies requirement.
∎ Liaison with third party auditors.
∎ Follow-up regular compliance activities.
∎ Prepare necessary policies.
∎ Follow-up subordinate job activities.
∎ Conduct awareness and training program.
∎ Should knowledge on payroll software/ visual basic/Microsoft office excel expert.
∎ Must have experience on various types of audits (FEM, EMS, Chemical audit, GTW, AMFORI, BSCI, BEPI, OCS, RCS, Sedex, ISO, Oekotex etc.
∎ Any other work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience on various environmental audit.
∎ Sound knowledge on BLA and BLR, MS Office expert.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Attitude and team bounding.
∎ Preferable of professional education on PGDHRM/ PGD Compliance from BIM.
∎ Need work experience in well known and renowned factory.
Salary: Negotiable
