We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly organized Assistant Manager of HR & Administration to oversee our daily operations, manage our growing team of counselors and support staff, and ensure a seamless, compliant, and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR):
Policy Management: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures tailored to a consultancy environment.
Operations & Payroll: Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and maintain accurate employee records.
Employee Relations: Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.
Oversee seamless communication and engagement with clients/students and guardians.
Administration & Facility Management:
Office Operations: Supervise the overall administrative operations of the consultancy.
Facility Upkeep: Ensure a pristine, welcoming, and secure office environment, keeping in mind the premises regularly host visiting students and parents.
Vendor & Asset Management: Manage security, cleaning staff, facility maintenance, and ensure proper tracking of company assets.
Compliance & Coordination:
Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact with government authorities for necessary trade licenses, inspections, and certifications.
Management Support: Prepare comprehensive HR & Admin reports for executive review and support management in executing organizational decisions
