Responsibilities & Context:

Global Village Academy is a premier student consultancy firm dedicated to guiding students toward their international education goals. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and highly organized Assistant Manager of HR & Administration to oversee our daily operations, manage our growing team of counselors and support staff, and ensure a seamless, compliant, and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR):

  • Policy Management: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures tailored to a consultancy environment.

  • Operations & Payroll: Oversee employee attendance, leave management, payroll processing, and maintain accurate employee records.

  • Employee Relations: Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and foster a positive, high-performance workplace culture.

  • Oversee seamless communication and engagement with clients/students and guardians.

Administration & Facility Management:

  • Office Operations: Supervise the overall administrative operations of the consultancy.

  • Facility Upkeep: Ensure a pristine, welcoming, and secure office environment, keeping in mind the premises regularly host visiting students and parents.

  • Vendor & Asset Management: Manage security, cleaning staff, facility maintenance, and ensure proper tracking of company assets.

Compliance & Coordination:

  • Liaison Duties: Act as the primary point of contact with government authorities for necessary trade licenses, inspections, and certifications.

  • Management Support: Prepare comprehensive HR & Admin reports for executive review and support management in executing organizational decisions
