Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Master's in any discipline from recognize University.
∎ PGDHRM will be considered as an additional qualification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower mapping, sourcing, hiring, on-boarding & orientation for technical/ non-technical position.
∎ Maintain personnel file, CV bank, database, leave/ attendance, record keeping and payroll administration.
∎ Yearly employee performance review and its correlated task regarding extension/ confirmation, transfer, increment & promotion.
∎ Disciplinary action (warning/ show-cause letters etc), conduct exit interview & final settlement of separated employees.
∎ To formulate and execute HR related policies.
∎ Monitors absenteeism labor turnover complaint and grievance to alert the management of impending problem so that they can be checked in time.
∎ To prepare different notes, memos, letters, office orders, calendars & formats.
∎ Ensure & monitoring overall administrative work with transport/ vehicle management, all billing & logistics support.
∎ Ensure compliance as per local & Govt. regulations.
∎ Maintain liaison with various Govt. agencies/ department & related works, like- all license, certificate & renewals etc.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03- 05 years in relevant field
∎ Proficient in MS Office suites.
∎ Adequate knowledge in BLA- 2006 and BLR- 2015.
∎ Excellent communication skill, proactive as well as negotiation skills & great executor.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ General HR, Recruitment & Selection, HR Policy, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance Management, Administration, Recruitment & Selection, HR Operations

Salary: Negotiable
