Skills Required: Additional Requirements: • 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a factory/industrial setup.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and factory administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Responsibilities & Context: To oversee HR and administrative functions at the factory, with a focus on employee management, compliance, welfare, and smooth operational support.
- Human Resources
- Conduct interviews for factory-based positions and coordinate onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HRIS data.
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and leave information.
- Coordinate performance management processes, KPI tracking, and appraisal documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Plan and implement employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Support training needs assessment and coordinate development programs.
- Administration
- Supervise factory administration, including security, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee employee support services such as transportation, canteen, and accommodation.
- Liaise with local authorities and government bodies as needed.
- Monitor procurement of administrative supplies and control costs effectively.
