Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for quality assurance.
∎ Candidate should be knowledgeable in JCPenney buyer procedure, and IRP certification is most welcome in this position.
∎ Ability to communicate with IBO directly.
∎ Work closely with Production, Quality & Merchandising departments.
∎ Arrangement of RAM meeting with buying QE / internal, make CPA operation with proper explanation.
∎ Follow up on quality requirements In-house to shipment entire the factory.
∎ Ensure sample requirements and on time submit to the buying office.
∎ Have to have sharp knowledge of self-inspection as per buyer requirements.
∎ Work with buying QE during their factory visit.
∎ Working capability as a buyer QE representative in the factory.
∎ Have to be capable of discussing inline, pre-final, and final inspection findings with the respective production, technical, maintenance, and QA teams to get the corrective action.
∎ Need to ensure that garments are manufactured with the correct materials and pattern.
∎ Need to give proper guidelines to the respective section heads.
∎ Need to have proper knowledge of factory assessment and handling capability.
∎ Plan, execute & implement the overall function of the quality control department.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Training required: Management & Quality training.
