Job Context:
∎ Esquire Knit Composite PLC is looking for a committed person who will be responsible to finish and to make ready goods for on time shipment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor finishing dept. activities
∎ Maintain minimum 1-2 % Excess shipment.
∎ Achieve Iron Efficiency to 70%.
∎ Manpower Utilization properly.
∎ Innovation Process teaches through fishing production.
∎ Maintain on time shipment.
∎ Maintain Quality parameter & achieve quality.
∎ Liaison with Buyer quality representative.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Handling experience on finishing department, in time shipments & finished goods against the approved samples.
∎ Overall good knowledge on Button, Pressing, Final Inspection & Packing depts., co-ordinate with other depts. for smooth functioning of the dept.
∎ Organizing buyer inspections, ensuring full shipments, etc.
∎ Confidence, Excellent technical skills, Organizational skills, Planning skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Team working skills.
