Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Finishing Operations: Directly manage the finishing section, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
∎ Team Management: Provide leadership, guidance, and training to a team of finishing technicians and operators. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, motivation, and personal development.
∎ Production Planning: Collaborate with the production manager and other relevant departments to develop production schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate workflows for efficient operation.
∎ Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product integrity and compliance with industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities.
∎ Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Health and Safety: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture within the finishing department. Comply with all safety regulations and procedures, conduct regular safety meetings, and investigate and report any incidents or near misses.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, including work orders, inventory data, and quality control reports. Generate regular performance reports, analyze key metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide technical guidance and support to employees. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in finishing processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Proven experience in finishing operations in Woven Garments.
∎ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
∎ In-depth knowledge of finishing processes, techniques, and equipment.
∎ Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve production issues.
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in using manufacturing software and computer systems for data analysis and reporting.
∎ Strong commitment to safety and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
∎ Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
