∎ Degree / Master’s in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be technically qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities
∎ Should be responsible for monitoring assigned unit every day
∎ Should be responsible for monitoring final inspection of all buyers
∎ Monitoring Hourly & daily finishing production report
∎ Weekly production bill check
∎ Discuss every day HR & compliance rules with the team members
∎ Ensure product quality as per buyer's quality standard requirements
∎ Ensure production quality for finishing and meet on time delivery schedule without any delay
∎ Follow up monthly, hourly and daily target
∎ Ability to handle the inspections any external audits
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines when required
∎ Analyzing individual worker performance
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation
∎ Monitor and control quality system
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the machine
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in any reputed Knit composite garments factory(s) out of which minimum 3 years in Managerial (Finishing) Position.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs
∎ Strong technical knowledge in finishing and quality system.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Strong leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
