∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ CA-CC (minimum certificate level qualified)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and record bills and vouchers by checking with appropriate supporting documents to drive accurate, complete, and timely cost reporting.
∎ Prepare all financial reports and ensure proper supplier reconciliation of different ledger balances to get different reports directly from the system.
∎ Ensure financial records are kept up to date with the latest transactions and changes in the ERP.
∎ Ensure reconciliation of supplier deposits to identify any unusual transactions and for smooth transactions.
∎ Provide data support to internal and external auditors as per their requirements.
∎ Ensure the office maintenance expenditures of the retail stores along with the pass entry at the system for proper record keeping.
∎ Ensure supplier Tax and VAT deductions in compliance with the existing laws of the country
∎ Monitor the Marketing, CDC, CNF-related expenses, and proper record keeping at ERP.
∎ Passing debit and credit notes and ensuring timely payment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Experience in the manufacturing industry will be considered as an added advantage.
