Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil (if Has Diploma in Electrical)
∎ Fire Safety Engineering and Engineering Drawing, CAD.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Fire safety Management, Installation and Maintenance, Technical Drawing

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering Maintenance, Facility maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the smooth operation of the Facility operation and production process.
∎ Supervise and conduct the periodic maintenance, servicing and inspection of equipments
∎ Set up the planned maintenance/preventive maintenance of boiler, generator, compressors, washing machines, pumps, motors and relevant instruments control.
∎ Establish and proceed with emergency corrective and maintenance procedures
∎ Review all the facility maintenance contracts and the agreements to ensure the terms and conditions implementation.
∎ Understanding and Making of Engineering design, modification and coordination.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Having experience on Boiler, Generator, Washing Machines, dryer, Sweater Knitting, linking machine and other facility maintenance along with experience in handling of Accord/Alliance for FDAS, Fire Protection system.
∎ NFPA/ BNBC/ BS knowledge will be treated as advantage.
∎ Good working knowledge regarding installation, testing of machines and Electrical Equipment
∎ Sound knowledge on Fire Detection and Alarm system and Fire control panels, fire protection system as per NFPA, BS or Legal standard which is followed by Accord and Alliance.
∎ Understanding about SLD, ELD, LPS, pressure and load calculation.
∎ Having Good Knowledge on sweater manufacturing industry.
