Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Environmental Science from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comply all legal requirements of Department of Environment
∎ Implementation of buyer's CoC on Environmental & Chemical Management. for H&M, C&A, Aldi, LIDL, Asmara, KIABI, Target, ZARA.
∎ Implement Chemical Management i.e. Detox, ZDHC, ZLD, BCMP Guideline, Clean Chain, RSL & MRSL;
∎ Responsible for HIGG FEM 3.0 (Environmental Sustainability);
∎ Comply the LEED certification requirements
∎ Monitoring of onsite environmental parameters i.e. air quality, water quality and noise level as per standard;
∎ Regular monitoring of ETP ( Physico-Chemical followed biological treatment) to comply discharge of waste water according to the ZDHC and DoE guideline;
∎ Regular follow-up and maintain chemical inventory & waste inventory and conduct training on chemical user.
∎ Risk assessment and eliminate the severity of risk;
∎ Monitoring regular health checkup for employees and try to find occupational illness of employees;
∎ Conduct internal audit on Environmental Management System & Occupational Health and Safety Management System and follow-up actions on corrective action plan based on audit findings;
∎ Organize management review meeting on internal audit findings;
∎ Provide Monthly EMS & OHS report to GM (Compliance) and others as necessary;
∎ Green factory initiatives, Waste management, energy saving plan, rain water harvesting initiatives, ETP outlet water reuse and recycling on process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 to 7 years practical experiences in the field of compliance.
