Educational Requirements:
∎ B.B.A/ M.B.A/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / M.Sc from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be know well about reactive dyes & disperse dyes.
∎ Good knowledge about other dyes.
∎ Responsible for overall dyeing program.
∎ Ensure product quality as per buyer's quality standard requirements.
∎ Follow up ensure production quality for dyeing & finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Maintain all the standard level of dyeing & finishing process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality department.
∎ Coordinate with buyer, merchant & production team.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising, Production Department and others for their requirement successfully.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Asst .Manager (Dyeing & Dyeing finishing) level experience more than 3 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Dyeing Factory, Textile
∎ Communication skill in English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Dyeing & Finishing Department.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a fixed time-frame.
∎ Ability to communicate with other department & supplier for smooth operations.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
