Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in HRM/Compliance will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To deal with recruitment of employees as per policy of the company
∎ To update Organogram, JD, KPI, Manpower planning, organizational structure time to time
∎ To deal with all affairs relating to management staff and to keep their personal files in his custody.
∎ Prepare factory to face any kinds of buyers audit –Compliance, technical, security, WRAP/Sedex/BSCI/ISO/FLA/FLO- Fairtrade and other certification as and when required.
∎ To deal with all matters relating to disciplinary actions confirming the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and other applicable rules.
∎ To ensure that all personal files are properly maintained by the respective HROs.
∎ To deal with final settlement of resigned/terminated/dismissed employees.
∎ To ensure verification/checking/monitoring of daily attendance and salary statement
∎ To ensure all the matters related to group insurance of employees.
∎ To look after and ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness.
∎ To deal with health & safety issues.
∎ Maintain and implement all policies and procedures of SOPs.
∎ Investigate migration/absenteeism and late attendance of employees.
∎ Ensure that all measuring devices in the factory are being calibrated periodically from concerned authority.
∎ Grievance handling of employees and disposal as per procedure.
∎ Arranging worker motivations by way of conducting Awareness Program, Group Counseling and by other means.
∎ Monitor maternity issues.
∎ To maintain all audit related HR & training documents under his custody.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Vast knowledge on Labour law, rules and other applicable code of conduct.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Factory.
∎ Strong communication, persuasion and presentation skills, both written and oral English
∎ Should be a good team leader.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications
