Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring and maintenance of the national budget, collaboration with various departments, and gathering budgetary requirements.
∎ Aid the management in cost saving, expenditure management, identifying areas for improvement, and resource allocation by analyzing Profit and Loss (P&L).
∎ Understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics and stay updated with the latest developments, and regulatory changes of the distribution sector.
∎ Use trackers to maintain accurate funds, keep them up-to-date and monitor investments, financial allocations, and expenses.
∎ Prepare dashboards and reports to present and visualize the current financial performance, budget variances, and other profitability insights.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Distribution Know-how (FMCG & Telco)
∎ Basic understanding about ROI, P&L analysis, Overall Profitability Enhancement, CAPEX, OPEX, Sales/DB hygience
∎ Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Word, along with a solid foundation in analysis, communication & data visualization.
