Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive and achieve the targeted sales as per business plan, set for e-commerce channel.
∎ Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
∎ Ensure increase in repeat customer purchases, online visitor to customer conversion ratio, along with increase PoP & YoY growth.
∎ Analyze sales figures and market trends to plan and ensure online stock and fulfillment management.
∎ Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
∎ Develop and implement digital commerce strategy in order to improve sales, online traffic flow, and operational performance.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction by address and ensure the timely resolution of their issues.
∎ Monitor competitors, and initiate, manage & execute promotional campaigns.
∎ Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
