Experience:

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline (Major in Marketing will be prefer).

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies

• Age 25 to 30 years

• আবেদনকারীদের নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে: Marketing, Sales

• আবেদনকারীদের নিম্নলিখিত শিল্পক্ষেত্রে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে: Real Estate

• Applicants who have no sales / marketing job experience in Real estate/ Developer company no need to apply.

• Candidate who work in Bashundhara Area, will get preference.

• Must be able to work under pressure and communication skill in Dhaka City.

• Applicant must have fluency in English both of written & Spoken, also should have good computer literacy.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): any established Real Estate Company.

• To maintain & follow up all type of sales and marketing related activities as daily and monthly basis.

• To prepare daily activities report and submit to the D.G.M (Sales & Marketing) for Top management information.

• To follow up your superior instruction, order and advice as all time basis.

• To maintain excellent behavior all other departmental official.

• To strictly follow and maintain all administrative rules and regulations.

• Any other works desired by the authority related to the Sales and Marketing and credit collection. You are also ready to work for indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.

• Sales Incentive and other facilities as per company rules.
