Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Have to convince / managing power to talk with client.
Must have Computer basic operation skill and have good command in MS Office.
NB: Educational qualification will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Lead a dynamic Marketing team in implementation of set marketing policies, strategies and organization’s action plan to achieve sales target, supervise a number of marketing forces, its day to day administration & review of their performance on regular basis.
To maintain & follow up all type of sales and marketing related activities as daily and monthly basis.
To prepare daily activities report and submit to the DGM (Sales & Marketing) for Top management information.
To follow up your superior instruction, order and advice as all time basis.
To maintain excellent behavior all other departmental official.
To strictly follow and maintain all administrative rules and regulations.
Any other works desired by the authority related to the Sales and Marketing and credit collection. You are also ready to work for indoor and outdoor sales and marketing activities.
Achieving the sales & Collection target set by the management
Resolve customer complaints sales and service
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Weekly sales report preparation.
Play the role of Team Leader.
Plan and carry out direct sales activities.
Visit the potential customer on a regular basis.
Establish and maintain good relationship with the clients.
Monitoring, review and report on all sales activities.
Keep the management update on periodical sales progress.
Able to meet the sales target.
Contributes to the organization –wide objectives.
Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines
