Responsibilities & Context:
Social Media Monitoring & Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content (comments, DMs, reviews, tags) across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
Enforce Community Standards: Remove offensive language, spam, or inappropriate content; issue warnings or block users violating guidelines.
Active Audience Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, DMs, and comments regarding products, sizing, and inventory in a polite, professional manner.
Order Management & Sales Conversion: Process orders from the inbox/DM, confirm details (Name, Number, Address, Size), and coordinate with the logistics/operation team.
Brand Advocacy: Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice (e.g., helpful, respectful, elegant) and foster positive interactions.
Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly engagement metrics, customer feedback, and potential issues or trends to management.
