• Last semester student or recent graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

• Age 20 to 22 years

• Relevant Field: Background in Marketing, Media, Business, Communication, IT or related field

• Age Range: Usually 20–22 years old.

• Availability: Minimum commitment of 6 months. Skills & Competencies:

• Communication: Good written and verbal communication (Bangla & English).

• Digital Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools.

• Creativity & Problem Solving: Ability to generate ideas and support campaigns/projects.

• Teamwork: Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and multitask. Preferred (but not mandatory):

• Prior internship, volunteer, or project experience.

• Familiarity with industry tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, SPSS, project management software).

• Research and report-writing skills.

• Duration: 6 months (flexible based on academic requirements).
